The Universal Peace Federation is a global alliance of individuals and organizations dedicated to building a world of peace, a world in which everyone can live in freedom, harmony, cooperation, and co-prosperity for all.

The society UPF Latvia is a voluntary, non-governmental organisation registered in Riga on 10 May 2008 with the registration number 40008127521. In its activities, the society follows the laws of the Republic of Latvia and its Statutes.
